Been awhile!

So yeah, it's been awhile. I have been over seas for two weeks, in surgery for two weeks, and catching up in between. My rotator cuff was 30% torn, my Labrum was completely shredded, and I have these great bone fractures/spurs/divots from years of dislocations. It all happened seven years ago from a car wreck that I caused when rushing home for curfew because I was late from making peace from a fuss with my boyfriend at the time... am still paying the consequences of that dumb choice, so learn from me teens, it's not worth speeding to make curfew!

On another note, I have been processing and uploading images like whoa onto Facebook (Kelhibbs Photography is the item to search for if you're interested), and continuing to develop this new website.

As an artist, it's a blessing and curse that we are our own worst critics most of the time. I happened to be just that when I scrapped (two weeks ago) the original site design I had and started over again. Nothing but the best  will be setup for my clients and fans! It's worth the wait, so check it out when it's up.

Speaking of my own worst critic, I have to say with all the pride and gratitude in the world, that it's my husband. Yep. He's awful. I can pretty much count on one hand the times he has blanket-ly approved anything I have designed or dreamt up. Believe it....he tears it to shreds, and refines it. But! I love it. I hate it...and I love it. I always have this really great dread in my gut when I call him in to review what I"ve put together...knowing that he'll make it better and see things I didn't, but also knowing that his critique will create a LOT more work for me. and completely demolish the vibe I had going.   That's what a good sounding board/husband is for, right? Especially when he's an engineer...they're the worst (or best)!!

So, I start physical therapy next week and will be able to bring more than landscapes to you all soon. Thanks for being a fan, you keep me going. Stay tuned!
