Back Home!

I was made for Travel. I know it. It's in my blood. Nothing gets me more excited and motivated for life than struggling through the sites and sounds and adventures of travel.

We're back! It's been a fantastic two weeks away, and boy do I ever have some amazing images for you. Sydney Australia and the South Island of New Zealand have taken the cake.

New Zealand is by far the more beautiful of the two.  It is out of this world. The waterfalls, fiords, southern Alps and rolling hills are beautiful enough to make my head spin. It's an Americanized Europe in so may respects, and heralds back to my days of growing up in the country, since it has more sheep than people, and cows, deer, and alpaca farms claiming their turf on vast farmlands. Never before have I seen a place more beautiful or 'foreign'-ly familiar to my heart. Wow. So, check out my facebook site for sneak peaks at some of the best shots from the trip. And think about mother's day gifts when you look at them, knowing that beauty like this is extraordinary.

On a last note, please pray for me as I have shoulder surgery tomorrow. I dislocated it in a back car accident seven years ago, and am just now getting it repaired. It will be six weeks to enough range of motion to shoot again, so in the meantime, I will be working on networking, rebuilding my website, SOPs, packages, and a whole lot more.
